First my diabetes's really got bad for a little bit and I really couldn't do much more than work and sleep, I feel for Tasha during this time. Then during a run I had really bad shin pain. Then my work schedule just got a little crazy with two doubles neatly placed in.
But now I am back stronger than ever. I haven't officially timed my self again but I have had a very active weekend. It is way to hot here right now to even consider running outside, so my gym membership is now updated and waiting for me to use it today. ( I am going to convince my mom as well that she needs to join me as well.) I also had a friend come up from Florida and we went to the park with Natasha. After trying to fall flat on my face during a excursion on the monkey bars, I have some serious bruises from that, we jogged for a little bit and then rested as Natasha played in the sand box. At the end of our day came the dance lessons that though I tired of learning new steps cause I just couldn't get the hang of it. He wouldn't let me quit and I found that I really could do it. Now I really do want to sign up for those Salsa classes!
Either way you look at it, I am back and I am starting again, though not from scratch this time. Oct 17Th isn't that far away!
